Theodora Du Bois authored numerous mysteries, historical fiction, short stories and children's literature. Her papers are housed at the College of Staten Island Library, CUNY.
Irv Docktor was a prolific illustrator, graphic designer, and fine artist/muralist active in the 1950s-60s. His cover art for Robert Heinlein's sci-fi novels is among his most recognizable work.
